The OutDores 'Loch Ness Garden Party' is strictly an Over 18's event. No one under the age of 18 years old is permitted to access the site during the hours of the event. Purchase of ticket is not proof of age. You will be asked to provide a suitable form of identification (i.e. passport, provisional license, driving license) on entry to the event, if you are believed to look under the age of 25 years old. We have the right to deny anyone entry to the event if we do not believe ID to be accurate, or substantial enough to be proof of age.

We have a zero tolerance policy towards the possession or use of illegal substances. Anyone believed to be in possession of, or under the influence of drugs will not be admitted entry to the event, and furthermore, you will be reported to the police. You will also be banned from all future events organised by OutDores. We will not tolerate behaviour that promotes the use of illegal substances in relation to the event. We aim to raise awareness where possible, to educate and inform in the run up to, and during our events. Please help us to continue to keep our events safe, by respecting this.

The Dores village has been hugely supportive in allowing us to run events twice a year in the area. We aim to make sure that we continue to respect their right to be undisturbed as much as possible, by the event and those attending it. We ask that anyone attending the event, that they do not wander into the residential area of the village, and to refrain from disturbing residents with any anti-social behaviour. We have a strict finish to the event at 10pm. At this time, we ask anyone remaining at the event to leave the area promptly and quietly. Please do not litter on site, or in the surrounding areas to the venue. Make use of the bins provided. We want to make sure that we keep the environment clean and safe for the people, pets and wildlife that regularly use the area. We have a lot of pride in the beauty surrounding the venue, and we should do everything possible to keep it that way. We are working on providing environmentally friendly cups and straws for the event, to lower the impact it has on the environment. Please help us to reduce waste, by using these and disposing of these appropriately. We ask that you do not camp in the local area on the night of the event. If you must, then please continue respect the area as stated above and do your best to clean up your campsite after you. Although we are not responsible for your actions, they will reflect on the event badly and could prevent these events happening in the future.

We provide a First Aid tent on site with certified first aid responders available throughout the day.

We provide a certified team of pub security to oversee each event, and to ensure the safety of everyone attending. Please let them know if you have any concerns during the event.
